- 2 surgeries minimum - ideally more

- 10,000 minimum UDAs but will look at smaller contracts depending on location

- Associate Led preferably but will look at Principal Led depending on location and whether Principal wishes to remain as an Associate

- Freehold or Leasehold

- A premium will be paid for the right practice in the right location

- Extremely well funded and can move at pace as very well versed in the process and have a very effective Due Diligence process honed over many years

- Your practice wll pretty much continue as before and will benefit from the economies of scale
